Rear coilovers bolt straight up, but for the fronts you'll need discs, calipers, and steering arms, and possibly tie rod ends too.

When I finish up with mine I'll let you know what I did (don't hold your breath though).

Riley is right, you will need those AE86 parts to put AE86 coilovers into a KE70, plus AE86 hubs and caliper brackets.

However I thought I might add that those front coilovers you posted the link to will not work without original AE86 struts (AE86 strut tubes are 51mm diameter whereas KE70 struts are 45mm(?) plus KE70 hubs/brakes/steering arms do not fit up to AE86 struts) as the Megan coilovers don't have a stub axle, you have to modify your original struts by cutting off the strut tube and welding the coilovers to the stub axle.

Taken from the Megan Racing website:

"NOTE: Original spindles must be modified and welded onto the lower front brackets, similar to coil-over setups for the AE86 chassis. The front lower brackets are made of steel for this purpose."
