Hey guys this is my 2001 Au II SR falcon forte, with the 4l intech straigh 6

 

From about half throttle onwards, it makes a sucking/whistling noise.

 

Heres a video from 80-100km at half throttle, to let you know what i mean.

 

 

 

What is this noise?Any ideas?

Do they have vacuum operated AC controls like the Commodores did? (A quick search suggests they do)

Suggesting that the noise is coming from the AC? Ill give it ago with the AC turned off and see what happens. Cheers

No no, the vent actuators. When you switch it from demist to face/feet/whatever.

 

Edit: blend door actuator.

Now i understand thanks alot, Opened up the engine bay and found the leak
