  1. So this has not really gone far, Apart from K's. I recently hit 280***km's which I'm quite proud of. She's still holding on strong, Since owning I have replaced only a few things. The AFM gave up, So I purchased another Replaced the stock fuel pump with a 255lph walbro Picked up a 99/00 wrx spoiler, KYB struts with STI pink springs Installed a carbon fiber STI front strut brace WRP10 wheels, changed my turbo gaskets, and got the td04 tested. Zero shaft play. ohh and the Clutch replacement. OEM Subaru clutch, machined flywheel, rear main seal etc... Its been fun owning but I don't think the engine/gearbox will last much longer.
  2. Recently got it re-registered, It has been sitting unloved since November. Gave it some loving now its back to daily duties. As of next month I will be on my un restricted license. So ill be upgrading to a CB750 for a café racer/street tracker project
  3. Hello fellow car minded folks, $4000 seems to be a decent price. But cash talks open to all offers I have recently been fortunate enough to have been gifted this Nissan patrol from my father, He brought himself a V8 now no longer needs the services this patrol can offer. But I already have two other means of transportation, so it is not required. Owned by my father since 2007, to make long distance trips. Since then, I can honestly say it has been off-road less than 5 times, The last of which was by me 3 years ago, he was not very happy. The goods: *I have all receipts* Strong RB30 petrol engine, 5speed manual transmission, New Clutch installed 5000km ago; including machined flywheel and rear main seal. New starter motor and alternator fitted Extractors and exhaust, new muffler fitted recently. Clean interior and decent paint, Rust free chassis and body, Steel bulbar, not made from coke cans. Does not burn oil. 4 inch lift The gearbox like most patrols has a little noise to it, Nothing loud. Still shifts and works 100% When the clutch was replaced the gearbox was looked at and nothing bad was found. You are welcome to test drive obviously. The bonnet unfortunately does how ever look like a golf ball. Just the bonnet though. During the hail storm in December, the bonnet was peeking out of the garage and copped a decent amount of hail. No where else has hail damage, That's about it to be honest, Rwc and 6 months Rego will be supplied upon sale to serious buyer. Email any questions [email protected] I reply almost instantly. Mason.
  4. Hey there guys I have to chance to buy a 76' toyota hilux, just to fix up as a daily beater, It will definatly be a project, its $200 but missing the grill and front bumper. Does anyone one know where I can source parts from?
  5. Had some fun today :)
  6. Yeah mate its a September 97. So the my98. It's allot of fun, and so far has not been changed to much from stock. I'll put up some plans soon enough
  7. Very similar to what I'm going for, I have been looking at sone after markket drag pipes for it. Might look into the custom side of things,
  8. Obviously not made from cardboard haha
  9. Over the next few days I'm going to attempt to fab a springer seat. As i think the ebay ones will be to big for my frame. This is in proportion and still big enough to fo the job. Going to sort out the rear fender taillight and number plate mounts after the seat. On other notes went for a ride down to jimboomba and around mt tamborine, great fun
  10. Yeah mod plate is needed, haha yeah its pretty hard to mod a bike legally. But ill try my best
  11. Hey fellas, So I recently moved out of home and realised how expensive the world is. Especially fuel for hungry falcon. This is where the bike comes in. 25km per litre is awesome, when you have to travel 120km to work and back each day. 2004 yamaha virago, 32,000km on the dial. Its fun, sits on 100 alright and goes zip zip zoom. The plan is to bob it. Search bobbers to get the idea
  12. Been awhile, it has been registered for ages now. I'm still loving it Lowered the front today, kings superlows huge difference. Extractors and 2.5 inch exhaust were installed about 2 weeks ago, I think i should have gone for the 2.25 inch pipe. It its just abit to loud, having only one muffler toward the rear. Sounds awesome above 300rpm though, I might get from the muffler back downsized to a 2.25 inch pipe. Anywho two quick snap shots needs a wash really bad. redline intake manifold and 350 holley are on there way, then cam cam cam Mason.
