In regard to the bonnet...you could have it airbrushed with a lizard skin design and then have your lizard lazing on top of that.... or You know how lizards wrap themselves around things well you could have a half a lizard on one side of the bonnet - looking as though it is coming up from underneath it and then on the other side you could have the other half so it look like it is wrapped around the bonnet...
