Kid-Ae Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) On either Wednesday or Thursday i'll be picking up my 4th Corolla (2nd registered one), a lovely Ae112 with the bug-eye front end. Now, I don't know if I want to go to the effort of it or not, but I have been playing with the idea of converting it to the re-modeled front end that these cars came out with (1999 onward). I understand that i'll need a new pair of lights, a new front bar and a new bonnet (along with the associated looms for the lights). My question is this. Will I need to change the front guards too? IF I decide to do this, I'll be collecting parts slowly, bit by bit and get them all sprayed and installed professionally, to avoid a poor quality finish. However, I was just wondering how extensive the swap is. Who knows, I may just learn to love the front end on it now. Feedback appreciated guys, Thanks. Edited November 5, 2012 by Kid-Ae Quote
