4Age Thermo Fans Turn On When Fan Switch Is Unplugged

The 4AGE thermo fan switch circuit is a 'normally closed' circuit. ie when the thermo fan switch circuit is opened the actual thermo fan circuit becomes closed and therefore the fan turns on. So by unplugging the switch you are opening the switch circuit and thus closing the fan circuit.

Basically, your thermo fan switch is stuffed.
