Ke70 Stereo, Clock, Cabin Light Not Working

I was pulling the dash cluster out of the KE70 and the light went out in the cabin. I later tested the leads to the stereo with multimeters and it was dead. When I plugged the dash back in again the digital clock wasn't working. The rest of the instruments are functioning though.

 

I checked the fuse box and they all look fine. I'll replace them all anyway though, seeing as they're a bit aged now.

 

Is there something else I can test to diagnose the problem?

You checked the fuses in the drivers kicker panel? One was blown there when I had the exact same issue.

Ahh, I'll check that out. Didn't realise there were fuses down there.

I remember there being one or two in there but I'm not sure I haven't owned a KE70 in nearly a week.

Yep, sure 'nuff, popped a 5A fuse in the kick panel.

 

Now to track down another.
