Installing My Rear Window Louver........please Help !

i have a rear window louver for my ke, it has all the plastic bolts but not the actual adhesive pads to stick to the window for the louver to clip onto :(

Does anyone know where i can get these from????

Those kits are hard to find.

I know! ive been ebaying and googling different names i could think of for what their called but nohing :(

that is an awesome invention! Ill head down to bunnings on the weekend :)
