Ae71 And Ae86 Struts.... Whats The Difference?

Just wondering what the difference is between the 2 struts??? Is it brake size or shock insert diameter??

Just curious if somebody could tell me that would be greatly appreciated

Both, plus the pitch of the bolts between the steering knuckle is different. i.e. you need AE86 steering arms on AE86 struts, AE71 ones won't fit.

just an fyi ae71 panelvans use ae86 struts
