offsett Posted May 10, 2014 Report Posted May 10, 2014 haven't used this forum in ages but here my project.. So I brought this 1983 ke70 All the specs Engine: 4ac 5 speed t50 Reasonably new clutch Auto ratio ke70 diff (4:3) Suspension: Ae86 ADM front brakes New pads Ae86 BC coilovers Ae86 power steering arms AJPS 40mm RCAs Cut ae86 low king springs Commodore pedders shock so drove It home all happy and got to the drive way and it wouldn't idle :blazin:so I got m friend to look at it, the carby was stuffed so I brought a 32/36 Webber took me 1 month to put that in I work about 40 hours a week and go to school 4 days a week as well, so i went to get it tuned and the guy only tells me that i need a new carb -_- so i took it to another person and told him i want it to run, 3 hours later It was all good and got it done for free…. so after that I drove it for a week someone through it would be funny to throw rocks at it, so they smashed my passenger window and put dents all over it, but then I started to find the fun of getting it side ways so a few times I did some silly stuff, flogged the crap out of a old 4ac and one day I was driving to work and there was a knock, I just thought it was just a crap plug or lead, so got all new leads, plugs, caps, points, and there was still a miss/knock Add to Post so go over it and thought its time for injected… so I brought a fwd bigport 4age with loom, ecu, flywheel, so I waiting on some flywheel bolt so I can put the flywheel and clutch then put the motor in, I have a cut and shut intake using a ebay ae71 alloy rad with a thermo, using the fwd water pump and all, so then i think I am just going to use a VL intake fuel pump? If that right? but anyway that’s it for now ill get more pic when iv put the motor in Plus I'm using this to get started into drifting then ill move onto bigger things thanks :)Add to Post Add to Post Quote

altezzaclub Posted May 10, 2014 Report Posted May 10, 2014 So, originally an AE71 not a KE70, or a KE70 with an arduous conversion to 4A-C and T-50?? One of your children Blzbub?? Either way the 4AGE will be the final step. Should make a nice daily! Quote
