so i lowered my fueltank to cut rust out of the wheel well, and now my fuel gauge isnt working?? i didnt unpiug anything i just took out the support bolts and lowered it about 7cm on a jack, any help??

Take the plastic cover off in the boot floor and check the wiring, Something may have come off or broken.

 

Make sure its getting 12V there and the guage goes to Full if you short the wire to earth.
