I am looking at removing some of the door trim on my ke70 so i can get behind to remove some rust and paint over it.

 

whats the best way to do this?

-Take the doors off (4 bolts)

-Pull the trips up a bit so all the clips come un-done

-Take off the handle (carefully though because the plastic is weak and mine snapped)

-Fiddle for like 15 hours using a flat head screw driver and the horse shoe clips around the window winder

-Pull the trim up towards the top of the door

 

- strip, bog, prep, paint

how the hell do I get these off?

Remove the interior c pillar trim there's a bolt behind it holding it on.

1/2" deep 8mm socket from behind the c pillar trim.
