Ke35 Tail Lights??

Hey guys, just curious as to what model these tail lights are from? don't think ive seen them before but in my opinion they suit the ke35 the best,

 

are they even toyota made? Or a custom job?

Where did you get that photo from? Looks left-hand drive. They are original. I think those lights only came out in Japan and other Asian countries, maybe Hawaii and Puerto Rico as well? Not the TE37 Levin (1975-1976), but after that. The ones with the later style dash.
