Open the zip file and run the SETUP application to install. Run the Cam-cat application. Type in corolla or 4k in the Make and Model box and all the 3k-4k camshaft profiles are listed with their detailed specs. Can do for 4age and 2tg etc. as well. There's heaps of profiles. Can click on the View List button to view all the camshaft profile specs in pages. Can also print out the Time Card. Clivecams can grind these profiles: https://www.clivecams.com.au/

The IDA/IDF suits the slant K engine and would flow nicer.   6. What seat belt brand did you guys get? Any comments on fitment and quality?

Yeah I've replaced most of the bushes, installed idler arm, tide rod ends, kings springs, camber tops, and new tyres and rims with wheel balance and alignment and still got the shimmy at 60-70Km/hr. What's next is new shocks, bearings, front swaybar bushes and lower ball joints. Hopefully it will go away. Are you going to improve on the McPherson stru´╗┐t design, or tackle a double wishbone suspension conversion?
  8. I got some T3 KE30 adjustable camber tops as well. Did you end up lowering the suspension at the front with lower springs or coilovers?
  9. Yeah, the rx4 calipers have been good for a while now. I did take some photos of the setup, have to find them. Just needed new brake hoses to the calipers going from Toyota to Mazda, and drill out the caliper mounting holes on the strut (same bolt spacing). I had to file a bit of material from the calipers to clear the hub.
  10. OK, I'm looking into widening the bolt spacing on the KE30 steering knuckles out to 90mm to bolt them to the RA60 struts. Thinking of either welding and re-drilling them, or add inserts and put the locating dowels in. What camber did you end up with? Did you use the Pajero master cylinder with a 1" bore? At the moment I'm running a 0.75" 75-series Tildon master cylinder without a vacuum booster, along with RX4 calipers/slotted KE30 rotors. Needed space with the 3TC with twin carbs.

  12. I think this guy make some mounts for a 3rz into a ke30: I think I saw it on rollaclub facebook a while back. The 3rz engine seems long for a 4 cylinder. Looks like there's not much room for the radiator/fan when I compared the Hiliux and Corolla.
  13. OK, yeah liteaces with 5k engines here seem pretty rare now. I think those boxes are around 600mm across. Might be worthwhile to get a shipping container full, but the import fees would add up.
  14. Seen many Tamaraw vans around over there Jeremy? They used to be quite common; used as taxis. They've got a 5K engine.
  15. The price of 4k engines have gone up a bit. Bought one a while ago for $50. Lately I got one for $100, negotiated down from $150. Have seen them advertised for much more. 5k engines are the hardest to find, probably easier to find a 7k.

    Find my KE10

    I checked the rego status here with HIP51: https://www.service.transport.qld.gov.au/checkrego/public/Welcome.xhtml?windowId=6e3 but it's not coming up. Maybe the plate number has changed. There is a vin search, but only for cars made after 1989.

  18. The 115 main jet seems small for a 2tg. Check out here for some examples: http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/threads/23680-xT-Series-Engine-Variants They are for Solex and Dellorto but would give a good starting point. 140 would be a better start. Trying out different sets of jets can cost a bit. I order from eurocarb in the UK, or UK ebay. Would be handy to have a wideband O2 sensor for tuning.
  19. Good idea for easier access to the manifolds and starter motor. What's the piece cut out of the bellhousing for? Can see the ring gear.
  20. Found a KE70 air filter box today. Installed it and all good. The KE70 one has more of a protrusion where it sits on top of the carby. Also takes a flatter air filter compared with the KE3X one
  21. I've put a KE70 4k into my KE35 but it didn't come with the air filter. I tried to put a 3K air filter on and the heat riser duct was getting in the way so I cut it off, but the accelerator bracket and throttle position diaphragm on the carby gets in the way. Anyone know of any alternatives, or cheap after market replacement filters off the shelf that would fit?
  22. How far did you take the intake and exhaust valve throat diameter out to? Looks like the exhaust valve throat has been taken out a bit. What were the angles on the valve seat cuts? Does the engine go pretty hard?
