Hey guys, I'm a chick from new zealand and I'm having problems fitting my dellortos to my 30 the manifold and extractors don't fit tigether any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I think I've heard of this before when NickZ was fitting his 4K-E setup, He said the extractors would not match up with the intake manifold. He had to break a piece out of the middle of the intake manifold so they would both go on properly. Have you had a look to see where they are hitting and if it is possible to angle grind a piece off thats hitting together?

Had the same problem once, grind the intake manifold let it all line up ok. If your stock manifold fits with the extractors make a stencil of it and mirror it on the side draft manifold.

yeah my extractors don't fit with the manifold.. iv ground it down abit now they fit together but wont sit flush on the head

Find a K manifold without the huge lump underneath

Check through the wreckers.

I think ours came off a 3K
