I'm looking to change the 4 speed for a 5 speed box what sort of box would you guys recommend? Ive been thinking about a celica lt2000 5 speed. thomo Posted May 1, 2006 Report Share Posted May 1, 2006 overkill, you have a car that weighs ... 650kg? you loose traction before the box needs anything that strong behind a K motor, just stuff a ke55 5 speed in there with a new shifter hole in the floor when it goes clunky, put a new one in ( they all whine, ignore that or chuck in some NEWLON if it realy bothers you job done Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
