 How long have you raced it for?  Did it sit un-used for a month or two? 

Did it rev fine, then stop revving when you changed something?

Did you flush the carb drillings when you fitted the new kit?

If you are correct about the fuel, then ignition timing would be next. Is the timing curve correct?

If neither of those, then cam timing.

 

But if it was running fine before and the carb is good, then it is something you have changed along the way.
