Hi everybody.

I am considering purchasing a set of G4 Racing Coilovers from xxxxxxxxxxx Just wondering if anyone uses these at present or could give any feedback / comments on them. What do you guys all think? They seem really good for the price if you ask me. Considering you see a lot of people selling TRD front only coilovers for like $1000, I know they would be better quality but $1399 for a full set of new coilovers seems great to me. I have e-mailed the guys there and they say they are 100% bolt on with no mods, so sounds good to me. What do you guys think?

the question i always ask people thinking about coilovers like this is why do you want to have adjustable height?

you'll get them, set them up and leave them where they are, why not just get good springs and shocks with the right settings to start with?

this said, i do have coilovers on the front of my kesev (bought them with it) and is great coz the car isnt a legal height, and i can dump it back down after i get my safety cert

they do, however, look like a good deal

what spring rate are you thinking of getting?

Yeah, the height adjustability is a good thing, but they have damper adjustability too. Depending on wheel setups and offsets and all the rest of it the height can be changed to suit, also having camber tops will be good. Spring rates, not too sure, will be very hard in the rear because it is for my drift hack, not sure what rates to get exactly.

I'm prepared to spend $2000+ on a good set of Tein, Cusco, Kei Office, HKS etc etc coilovers because I KNOW they've done their research. I know theyve got the experience to backup their product. I know theyre top quality because they can't affort to make a crap product and lose reputation.

G4, never heard of them, don't know their background, don't know if they even try these things out on the real world, hell I'm not even sure they understand how a good suspension setup should be.

I bought a set of second hand Cuscos for $1000 ex-japan. Took a little bit of a risk but even if they were blow I could have them rebuilt for under $600 and have a virtually brand new set of coilovers for $1600. I wouldnt hesitate to do it again should I want another set in the future.

Now from the admin/mod: Removed commercial links. Not gonna help sell things, if people want them they can hunt them down themselves. Hope you understand.

I understand what you are saying, but to say that you have never heard of a product so it means it is no good is not a true reading of what they are really like. Every company has to start out somewhere. Anyway, thank you for your feedback, if anyone who actually owns them could please post that would be great.
