Starter Motor Trouble

hi boyz

 

i am having trouble with my starter motor. so i bought a AE71 for parts, hoping that the starter where the same.

 

the starts are diffrent but only just.

the only diffrents is the angle of the bolt housing. other than that the rest is the same

 

so i swaped it over, i'll try it out tommorrow

 

hope this helps some one else too.

I can also confirm my AE86 starter is basicaly the same as my TE72 starter except for the front alloy casting. I just had to swap a solonoid over.
