David[RL] Posted December 7, 2004 Report Share Posted December 7, 2004 Hey My friend has a ke70.. and he wants more power.. he's using the 4k engine, and I've heard 3k heads gives better compression what has to be done to fit the 3k head, and which 3k heads are best, does it matter at all which 3k head we use? irokin Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 well accually Id expect an early KE20 head to have much higher compression than a 3K-C head. 3K-C heads are only 8.5:1 where as the early KE20 heads are 9:1 Early KE20 is also where you'd expect to find big port heads.
