I don't want to reuse my original rubbers, I want to make sure I have the correct parallel 0 degrees of offset, from your picture it looks like the rubbers don't meet the crossmember flush its off a couple degrees or its just the way the picture looks. I bought some casting compound from McMaster Carr that is a 60A hardness which is close to the consistency of car tire rubber. I want a thinner rubber mount so I get better torque response. I'll post pics in my build thread and link to it from here when the compound arrives and I'm able to mock up the engine. I still need to pull the alternator and modify the mount, its not bolt in ready for the blacktop. There are 2 indexing pins I'll need to drill the mount to allow the pins to recess into the mount. my name is mike, my ke30 was all original, so far ive pulled all the fuel lines removed the tank, pulled the engine and tranny and gutted the interior. original owner cut the springs so I'm pulling em off to swap in originals to give it better lift. with the extra weight of a 4age i may need toupgrade my struts? any thoughts

Thanks Silverra! I emailed Scott through the weblink above. So I have 2 fail points, the seals and the moulding are bad. www.toyodiy.com lists the moulding parts. I went to a local toyota dealership and they said that these parts aren't manufactured anymore and that it would be impossible to source. The parts guy didn't seem very interested to offer any assistance so I'm not sure if he was just being lazy and blowing smoke or if he was being serious. Any thoughts on where I could locate new or aftermarket moulding ? Hi all! I have bad seals and rubber on my windshield , rear window. My front windshield is cracked and needs replacement also. I live in washington state and I know some of these parts aren't even manufactured anymore. Does anyone know someone or a business that can fabricate new seals or rubbers? Any recommendations for aftermarket replacements would be fantastic. My baby is a little ke30 2d sedan. I really appreciate any help, Mike

Thats SWEET! My 4age blacktop is on the way, I'll have to order those mounts now that you confirmed they are compatible. My little yellow beastie has some dents and some leaky window seals but when I'm done she'll be super sweet. Thanks again for the quick response those mounts look like a perfect fit. Mike

I think we talked a little bit about this over PM Sam, but I think this is the right area to post the question. http://www.technotoytuning.com/productdetail.php?p=785 these guys sell mounts for a KP61 / KP60 starlet. Does anyone have specs on the ke30 crossmember vs. kp60 / 61? I am hoping that they may be interchangeable. Thanks everyone for your help!

I read through your post, I wanted to say thanks for posting all of the pictures and information. I just picked up a 77 corolla 2d, it runs great but it has the 1200 cc motor so it is very gutless.
