I'm going to be painting it soon (as soon as i have paid my debt for the conversion) and get some rims.. and maybe some chrome bumpers too.. so hopefully after that is all done, maybe next year, i'll be allowed to take it in. I don't know if we are still going to go or not, if we do we might go in the forester... we werent going to drift it at all, just enter the cruise sessions and have a little bit of a play.. not do anything stupid tho. maybe next year..

I do get were they are coming from in that sense, there are a lot of cars that get in that shouldnt... but after they tell us that we can't enter with a modified car, and then they turn around and tell us if we were entering in a standard commodore we would be allowed..that just doesnt make any sence to me..it just contradicts themselves? Its just extremely dissapointing that we have gone to all this effort and spent all this money, and done it in a hurry so we could take it there, and then get told we arent allowed. Sucks balls :)

we can't even speak to gup! the stupid mole keeps answering and tells us he is busy..and he wont even return our phone call. they even sent back our nomination form and money.. its a bit discriminative i think... we even explained all the work we are doing to the car, but that didnt matter because it looks stock. pfffft!

Are they taking their rolla's out or another car? I tried entering my ke70 in but they declined my entry because my car is too 'stock' looking.. even tho it has a turbo 4agze in it apparently "people don't stop to look at whats under the bonnet, they want to see something they don't see on the road everyday" ....yet, when we told them we took a stock commodore in a couple of years ago, we were told that if we took that in again this year we would be allowed? WTF?! has anyone else had this problem?

its a 4agze, my bf made up stickers for it that said 4age..he wanted to be deceiving..but, I'm thinking he should really change it! people will think we don't know what we are on about..lol we are running a microtech lt10s don't worry, the clamps will be on before we try and move it :laff: still getting to that bit lol

its started..and will hopefully be finished by this weekend (the conversion anyway) out with the old... and in with the new.. new exhaust was put on last tuesday/wednesday.. almost there, just have to finish a few bits and pieces

Hey all I recently bought a completely stock KE70.. Its a 4sp 1.3L :) My bf and I have decided to have a bit of a play around with it, and now have our hands on a 4agze to pop in. Except, we are going to leave off the supercharger, and put on a turbo..we are trying to get our hands on a T28 from an s15. All going to plan, this will all be done over the next couple of weeks. Also, we are getting a new exhaust put in, a 3" mandrel bent with a 3" dump pipe of the turbo. After thats all done and i'v got a bit more money, I'll look into getting some rims.. and getting the car painted. I have in mind what I would like :( Hopefully, we will have the conversion done in time for powercruise in August. Will post some pics up when its all getting done
