hey evrione just wondering does anyone have any tuning guidelines or anything i can follow to attempt tuneing my 4k- twin 40mm dcoe's ive had a look around on the net and can't seem to find much. cheers

hey evrionee I'm thinking of makeing a costom air box for my ke30 -4k it has twin 40mm dcoe's, i thought i make these since it a verry tight fit to put filters in there plus it would be kool to make your own custom air box. has anyone else on here done this if so please post your photos, or any tips, pointers ans plans. thanks in advance :) hopefully looks something like this >>

just tryed the battery out of my brothers car done the same thing. ill try putting a wire straight to the starter motor. thanks for your help bud il post my progress

how could that problem occour? last time i turned the key it started first go its been in the garage for a about about a month as i ive been working on it now it just wont turn over?

i tryed starting it with jumper leads it done the same thing?

my ke 30 wont start ( when i turn the key i can hear the starter solinoid click, ie checked the cableing, adn the battery is fine. what could it bee?? starter motor???? pleasse need help fast :)

twin 40dcoes done the trick for me, gave my 4k heeps heeps more down low torque

should i replace them??

my 4k seams to get a small pool of oil after a while in the bottom of the spurk plug cups? (its not all of them) i checked the plugs were tight, they were. i think it could possibly be the seal/oring under the lip of those cups? any one had this problem before?

no head work, 4-1 extractors 2" exhaust 2 small mufflers. hopeflully ill post some photos in the next week or so good luck

hey evrione i recently installed twin 40m dcoe webbers on my ke30 - 4k and the F*$ken inlet manifold flange was 3mm thicker than the exhuast flange this is a problem as they share the same bolt!! so only the inlet manifold will get tightend. has anyone else had this problem? what did u do to fix it? thanks for your help :)
