Yeh its on the 1st of november, i might check when the nothlakes one is on.
Swing by, both mattys that is and of course Lucifer, I'm sure you might have my number still
-
The Kawana tav is across the road haha,
Masters is hectic busy, drop in before you come down
-
Wow 12 months since an update of any, I did say it time gets away,
So here is what the rear originally looks like, simple and proven of course,
But thats not how I roll, opted for a 6 link, which enables full adjustment for street, track and circuit work
Top arms to be tied in the back of the cage, box links on the floor, coilovers and brembo brakes on the rear should do the trick
-
If Carlos is gonna be there I may as well bleed power all over a car park.
Lucifer bleed would be a sight to see
Get to show off the first mod to the sled
-
League season is over now, might take the sled out

Are you going to be concreting in front of the shed?
Of course matty, after the pool goes in so it don't get damaged etc
-
Well if I was eBay I'd change the rules so that if I bid on a twin carb manifold, everyone else can eat a dick.
But I'm not eBay and I can't make people eat a dick. But I can get life insurance or house insurance or some shit in case a tree falls on me!
What is this a plug for RACQ, haha
-
I thought I had a k series twin carb manifold in the bag on ebay today.
I was watching it end at 8am and some shit piece sniped it right out from under me at 2 seconds to go.
I will DESTROY YOU!!!
don't be surprised if that person is on this forum, and see this, haha
Prolly sell it for more too, check the classifieds perhaps.....

So after getting power to the hoist, gave it a test before putting the Sled on,
Given the instructions were in another language and no experience, surprise i managed to piece this together and not have any dramas at all, and cheering that i have space on top to allow for a larger car,
Although it might not look it, the height of the arms at 6ft (1800mm) and i can walk under it given I am a bit over 6ft, so will be handy, no more of this rolling on the ground business
And here is a pic of the rear end of the Cortina,

So did some re-arrangements in the shed, as getting the yard setup for the driveway and pool, and like to keep everything in check (non-OCD) as having the entire block levelled and some landscaping etc,
However brought another Toyota, this time a XT130 Sedan, aka The Sled, Automatic 1X, now working some 10mins from home, none of the CBD train business
And here is how she looks after being levelled, so tidy and ready for some plants, alot bigger in person I must say

Paint the covers and the top of the radiator the same as the car,
Breaks the colour up, thats my input *shrugs shoulders

So got the hoist bolted down, and hooked up the cables, and hydraulic lines etc etc, now to wire it up, prolly just the 15amp plug just hang from the roof, to allow for the welder and air compressor, as i have one near the mains board (from the power box) on its own switch,
Just need to retro fit the current benches, into shelves, and categorise all items, get the bench with reasonable space and a work light before the Cortina comes back
-
Good to see your back carlos, great size shed too! You need to buy more cars to fill the voids, ha ha!
Hey Matty, yeah mate still around, and still in the bay,
More cars you say? coming from someone who does not drive his car that much, I work in the CBD so don't need more cars

So here is where I started like most of us, trusty DLUG, where the daily sits on the driveway,
Then after selling NISROLA without the engine, things started to get out of hand in terms of space, which I'm ashamed to show
Moving forward and back into the other house, this bad boi measuring 9x12m, #sizematters, in a residential area tucked away on a 1200sq block, the pool is going in near the shed
Having had to clean up other peoples mess, heres where i got to while moving house
Starting to work on the Cortina with space, after mounting the escort rack and pinion, dropped the SR20 from NISROLA back in
So next addition is a hoist, having a forklift helps moving 700kgs
This is just standing freely ATM, but seems I'm now popular not only my BBQ skills, still yet to determine workshop fees
I have just recently installed power to the shed, with fluro's all round, 2 x 15amp plugs and many power plugs instead of leads everywhere, there are plenty of benches atm, but about to renovate the house and kitchen so have many items still to be stored, not as tho i have enough space
Updates to follow

Only draw back of living next to neighbours as you have explained, is the fact is your house and items safe,
All good to repay the amusement from the night before, but they might go one step more (as often demonstrate)
Hit the gym it is, or boxing
