LOL I'm sure MitP was awesome. The pics look good. Here is one video of me for those who are interested - this was my first run of the day, a 52.84.

Good day again for the Corolla Boys out at SDMA (the cool ones that didnt go to Marques :P) Finally, I managed to record a run of 52.17 which is now officially the lap record for class 1/2 1600-2000cc. Previous record was 52.82 in a Fiat 124. So i'm very very happy with that. I was faily consistant all day for once, with all my times in the 52s barrier. Tayles in the white 1ZZ managed a PB of 53.3 and I'm pretty sure Todd did a 54.5 or 54.4. So excellent results all round. Thanks to Todd for the lend of the tyre pump. I have photos and videos coming shortly. Cheers

Congrats guys, good to see u both bypassed the 55 second bracket and went straight to the 54's!! Todd, you should have hung around they had a 2nd place trophy with your name on it. Only 2nd but thats ok :D Good work Thomo good to see you pick up 1st place. I was very happy as well with the day, I finally managed to pick up 1st place as well in class, with a pb of 52.93 Only problem is that its 0.09 seconds off the lap record for the class!!!! So close!! Anyway... always next time.

man i'm thinking the same as u guys it better not rain. I'm stuffed if it rains on sunday. Come on sunshine.

Hahaha, love the competition between Thomo and Todd.. its gonna be good fun this weekend. Thanks Todd I will take u up on that offer, should keep all the rollas together LOL. I just picked up my new super sticky tyres so hopefully I might be getting a bit quicker, I really wanna break the lap record for the class!! Oh well we will have to wait and see I guess. I better put my entry form in!!!

hey todd, you would be pleased to know that i did something almost as dumb as your handbrake job! In my quest to lessen the weight of the rolla i started my 3rd run and promptly had fuel surge around every corner... Dam i looked stupid! Had to go get fuel in the lunch break. Note to self - more than a quarter of a tank for next time.

hey, didnt see any rolla club people out racing at yesterday's event (although i think i spied Thomo having a look around... maybe) Probably a smart move not to come out yesterday as the wind was terrible, but still a pretty good day. I was happy to get my PB in the rolla down to 53.53, but still only 3rd in class as an S2000 turned up!!! I thought it would kill the rolla, but it only did a 53.2x which was still impressive anyway. Anyone planning to go to the next one?

Hey Todd and Thomo, good to see you both out there today. was a really good day, especially for our first time!! Our rally car got into the low 50's, and both the standard road cars ran a 53s so we were very happy for our first go. will see you there in a month most likely!

Also! Spotted this morning on Erindale Drive turning onto Long Gully Road Light Blue (i think) EL Falcon Station wagon with RollaClub and Specialised Trailers Motorsport stickers all over it
