yeah it does not even do anything when i turn the key the dash lights go dimmer and nothing else happens not a sound or movement

hey i have a 1977 ke30 with a stock 3k motor and the thing is gutless can i get more power out of it or is it cheaper to drop a new engine into it?

it is a stock ke30 motor the 3k engine it is not seized i bought the car this time last week and she started up first go the dash lights to come on its just when u turn the key it doesnt crank over like she should i think it is some wiring that has come appart
