Will if I was to Change the motor I would go for something bigger like a RWD 4age setup but I'm only on my P-plate (provisional) licance and will be for 2 years so I can't have any engine modifications that require an engineers cert. Thanks for that too I will look further into that, good piece of infoCheers

what can you do to a 3k engine to make it run better/faster ?no turbo (provisional) ????????

Hi guys, i have a stock 1977 Ke35 coupe (3k engine) and I'm really keen to put a better engine in it. i was wondering about a rear wheel 4A-GE setup, how much modifications are involved and is there anything i have to change such as: - Tail Shaft - Diff, - Radiator - ETC... BTW no turbo or anything right now. Thanks

Anyone have any advice about changing brakes (front and back) and front shocks and coils ? any products recommended ? I'm looking to just freshen up the car, I'm not changing the 1.2L 3K engine so i don't need any high performance products. I'm just looking for a smoother, tighter and more comfortable ride? Thanks

Hi guys, from sydney australia I have recently purchised a 1977 ke35 Coupe, all original except sound system. I am working on it in my spare time getting it ready for me to drive. Everything on the car is old and i would like to replace as much as i can. This is my first corolla and I'm used to working on american cars so all advise and opinions will help. thanks.
