It really doesn't feel that bad and as far as I know they seem to be staying captive (obviously not like stock) but no crazy noises over bumps and dips

Time for a quick update off the mobile Pictures will be up tomorrow So, It is low. Finally. Yes I'm a fool, I cut the springs but most of you cats would have done it at 17 to :P Only 1 coil off front and 1.5 off back so still holding captive. Fittment with the 15X7 or 7.5 (can't remember width) is great I have rolled the guards (ghetto pole haha) but it works a treat Touched up all the little paint chips. Manual coverstion is on the cards at some point soon! Had some thoughts going through my head to sell this but they've gone, thank god!

The lip on the wheels when chrome had a fair bit of surface rust so I sanded them back but never buffed them up so yeah, out came the black paint. They don't attract to much attention though which is nice Haven't got around to low yet! I don't quite understand the flares part? They can't complain, I know some friends who have silvias and skylines with exhausts and other mods, they never get pulled over

I'm thinking about doing it then going for an exemption its a 30 year old car and it has been done for better fuel economy and to keep up with traffic. its not like i have a webber and some crazy 4k haha its still an auto aswell

So I grabbed a bargain off a family friend today $30 louvre! But I want this for a roof spoiler Do I just cut it off so it's just the top part and mount as normal?

I picked up a louvre for $30! Great condition all mounts on it and hardly faded! But I will be making it into a roof spoiler, so any help on this? Do I just cut it with a hack saw? Or should I just keep it whole? I took the badges off the boot lid and coated them with a nice black paint I got some forever black bumper and trim stuff which worked a treat! Faded rear bumper is like new! Also got some touch up paint and some rust converter as there is some surface rust starting to come through the paint :( sad times Trying to get her looking nice for the hard tuned meet on Sunday.

Anyone going to the hardtuned meet? This Sunday 5:00 at etsa car park

Sorry to crash your post but I don't want to start a thread over something small. My left rear light doesn't have a socket/mount for a reverse light? Is this normal? It has one on the right...

So, I'm saving up for my new system. I know the extractors are illegal on my p plates but is the exhaust system illegal or not? These laws suck! I'm in SA..

AAA exhausts but I called exhaust technology and they said they could maybe match it, so I guess some other places may do it?

What's better to go with? 2" or 1 3/4"? I don't want it to be heaps noisy as I'm on my ps and don't want to attract to much attention but I do want a bit better performance. So far the best price I have been quoted is $750 for extractors, 2" system, resonator and sport muffler

I have been reading up about exhausts for a ke70 and what people have chosen to use. I still can't get my head around what's best for me, it's my daily, stock 4k, I want a little bit more grunt and a nice note to it. A rough price would be a help as well Thanks guys
