Hi guys, I want to put a blacktop 20V and the auto gearbox into a AE102. The engine and gearbox are from a AE111. I want to know is it possible? And also apart from the engine n gearbox, what other parts I need? My 102 is auto as well. Any info will be great.

Hi Ive got a AE92 liftback auto and I'm not happy with the power so I'm planning to do a conversion. My plan is to put in a 4age 16V or 20V but i need it to be auto. I figured out it the easiest way is to buy a half cut and do a swap, but because i want to stay in auto so i don't know if the current gearbox is strong enough for that type of engine. The question i want to ask is that if i do the engine conversion, which gearbox i need. thanks.

turns out the light fuse is in the engine bay which i didnt know..after changed the fuse and problem solved..:)

Have you done the conversion? I want to do the same as well and looking for the parts now..

opps..updated the title :) I did swap the fuse around and i even disconnected the battery for like 10 mins hoping something will reset and fix the problem but it doesnt help.

Hi people. When i change the dome light today there was a little spark when i turn it on, and now the dome light and the CD player is not working but everything else is fine. I think it was a short circus so I checked the fuse box and all the fuse are good. Checked the fuse thats on the back of the CD player and its also fine. When i was driving it tonight the back light of the LCD screen on the CD player comes on and off for a few times. Does this happen to anyone before? I search the web but couldnt find anything. BTW, my car is a 92 corolla. thanks
