I maybe interested, but id need more details on location and space. Are you looking for storage or working out of it?

I am interested in hiring a secure big shed but want one or two people to share with to cut costs.
Is anyone interested?

Well I called the company selling these and they verified the models it fit on, so I'm buying them for my baby...
They suit the 51mm OD strut tubes of the AE86 and probably some USA spec cars,
not the 45mm OD ones (KE30,KE55,KE70) you have.
Bilstein make KE30 rear shocks part umber B46-0317.

I'm not to sure about that? i don't think so
Hmmm looks like it though. Built by Kevin at Just Japanese Autoparts as a 2E car back then, hot 4AGE, 13x5.5 Cosmic? alloys. Sold to the mainland for $20000 I think.
I watched the youtube vids, nice!

I thought those Townaces have an E series 7.1" diff or F 7.5"? Are you sure it will fit?!
-
Awesome pics!
Is the KE10 in post 20 (no. 54) the one built in Tassie about 10 years ago?
-
So your hotted up 3k (130hp) beat a stock internal 20v (160hp) with a close ratio box and a motec, My stock 4age beat a stock 3k, WHat do i win.
Maybe you should post more info on these cars.
The only reason I wrote that was in reference to someone saying 'put a 4AGE in it and you will have twice the power...'
There is already enough crap in this thread, my post was on topic and if you want to find out about the car, read Brendo's readers ride "KE10 race car".
-
Surely your not still using the front transverse leaf spring. Or are you?
No, leaf spring removed, rear Volvo wagon coils cut in half and aftermarket replacement gas shocks.
-
Can you tell us what diff and sway bar you have?
I'll reply on Brendo's behalf as he isn't on here much.
Standard KE10 diff, welded.
the sway bar is an aftermarket 19mm? one I think. Kmac?

I had a hot 3K in my old Corolla and it shat all over a 4AGE 20v with close ratio gearbox, Motec etc on the track.
Here is a pic of the engine which was upright.
New engine and gearbox mounts
custom sump and pick up
custom manifolds
bent gear lever and modified hole
Good luck with it!

This isn't the place to be talking about it, so I wont go on about it.
I was after some KYB AGX and coil over stuff.

AJPS would not take my order or answer my email's
You're not the only one, Ive sent 2 email and a PM over the past few months enquiring about items he is selling and no reply. His attitude on forums isn't the best either.... :POSTPICS!:

Sorry, sold.

Bump, link to pic fixed.

I have sandblasted heaps of calipers, no problems at all.
They should use sand which has been used a few times already so it is worn and less abrasive :D
These were done and painted up and are going on my car. I did them with the rubbers still on and put a M10x1 bolt in the bleed and inlet.
After blasting, I fully strip them, clean, paint and reassemble.

Sooo Daveb, you know how I can get my hands on a set of those flares??
They are TE27 copies, available from a few bodykit places around OZ. These were GS Motorbodies ones possibly.
On eBay too

Have just joined rollaclub and came across what looks like my old car. Last time i saw this car it was blue! Used to own it ( Sold it in 1997 to a guy in Launceston , Worst thing i've ever done ) When i bought it was a road car . Found all the race bits and converted back to race car . Also fitted Watts link which was from a Sports sedan . Got down to 1.10.9 at Symmons. Think you may have sold it ,been told it is in Turners Beach now.
Hi Dave,
I bought it from you, best thing I ever did! I got it down to a 1.08:70 at Symmons, insane time for a car like this.
I sold it to Andrew Joyce
He sold it to an older guy in hobart who crashed it and painted it that horrible colour
he sold it to Brendo who still has it.
-
The KE10 (another one of my old ones :D) did 1.14:20 and the Corona did 1.06:73
-
How's the rebuild going Brendo?
What did you do for new pistons? I was told you can't get those fancy MI pistons anymore.
If anyone wants to know anything about this car I might be able to help out so PM me.

On my old KE10 I was going to fit series 2 Mazda RX7 rear discs (4x110PCD) and use N13 Nissan Pulsar rear calipers with inbuilt handbrake mechanism.
I wasn't to give better braking, just to make it brake in a straight line! Adjusting rear drums evenly sucks!

I raced a very quick KE10 in circuit sprints 10 years ago.
If anyone is after info I might be able to help.
