  1. nah its the green off the new mazda 2, and my old rolla ended up getting an epa so i took it off the road. the running gear is in this though apart from the diff
  2. thanks mate, ye were absolutely stoked how shes come up, now his just focussing on the V6. Its got the old setup from my orange corolla with the 3.8 v6, shift kitted auto and currently about to finish the twin turbo setup. Its finally getting there.
  3. and this is what she looks like put together still needing its first propper cut and polish
  4. Well its been a while since ive been on here and dunno if anyone i know still comes on here but i finally sprayed my cousins ke20. Cost him $480 for all the paint and paper and i spreyad it for him in 2 pack green off a mazda 2. Come up not bad for my first complete car respray.
  5. go electric orange like my old rolla. (ford focus xr5 colour)
  6. this car is lookin pretty awesome. can't wait til ya get ya full licence so we get to see the turbo version go in. Just bought an s14a and the SR is an awesme strong motor. Massive power gains with little mods. keep it up mate.
  7. It cost me $1000 all up for the conversion so you tell me if thats a fraction of the cost. That included stage 2 shift kit, R31 diff and custom tailshaft.
  8. don't listen to anyone bagging the V6. They have no idea how much fun your going to have in this car at a fraction of the cost of the usual conversions on this site. Youll be a hell of alot faster too. I got bagged but left them for dead at the lights when i done mine :)
  9. Sorry i havent put any updates in a while but ill make up for it with heaps of pix on how I'm cleaning up Bamby. As you can see in the pix i was cleaning up the front end respraying the front apron and radiator support. I also Body detened the whole undercarriage for safety against rust and so it looks new. Suprisingly there was absolutely no rust under the car :lolcry:
  10. id be happy with a low 14 but see what happens. still need to save cash to run it.
  11. ok I'm getting the car ready for calder. Raised the car with commodore rear springs in the front and flipped the leafs back over..
  12. add me to msn and ill send them there plus i can tell ya the whole history [email protected]
  13. i got more pix if you would like them?
  14. Well well well this is where the car ended up. Thank god its to you cos i couldnt bare this gem to not be in an enthusiests hands. Youll be gled to know i was there at the original purchase of the car and i recomended it as it was the best straightest and least rusty corolla id ever seen. I convinced my mate to buy it. The car was actually a 'tint'a'car courtesy vehicle but kept in awesome condition. The boot was the cleanest id seen (til i bought my 1 owner ke30 hehe) It was one of the last ke30's before the change to ke55. Thats why it had the later model dash as the interchange models came out with standard. The motor was replaced to a 1.3 instead of the ke30 1.1 litre previous to the purchase. This car was so clean it just needed a rub and respray. Id also like to mention i have build up pix of it and I'm the actual person that lowered the car. hope ya like the height :laff: Oh and the square headlight conversion was done with me and my mate to make it look similar to my car hehe. ill show ya a sneak peak at some pix..... the day we picked it up
  15. reddwarf ive read through the terms and conditions and i wouldnt be putting the club at risk. but silverra23 id prefer a club with more qtr mile and drift meets than hill climbs etc
