Hi does anyone know from what car make front right hub will fit ke70. Having difficulty finding one.

will it be costly to convert my standard 3t motor from carburetor to fuel injection. what all is required and estimate cost

please also advise. I want to fit 4-door electric windows in my ke70. will any electric windows stripped for another vehicle work? was thinking if the toyota ae92 twincam models work.

please advise 3t motor auto and manual gearbox. will the auto and manual flywheel work or is there a difference? i have a manual box so must i get manual or it doesn't matter

just a follow up. I went to test my flywheel to determine why flywheel bolts keep coming off. the reason is that my flywheel is warped? can an engineering place make this straight or do i need to get another flywheel?

Please advise if a bmw e30 conversion will work on Toyota ke70 engine fitment ? gearbox ? brake upgrade ? diff ? management system ?

please advise what is the standard weight of the flywheel on a 3t... will be skimming to lighten the flywheel to prevent the bolts from getting loose...how much must be skimmed 3.0 kg after skimming ....like i said using it for spinning.

The bolts thread were hammer out but holes were fine the ring gear is quite heavy what can be done to lighten it ? can you send the size of the bolt pattern and length thread ? will check for high tensile bolts when using a torque wrench how tight should it be ?

Hi guys, Does anyone had or know the solution to my problem on the crank gear So I'm running a 1.8 gl 3t motor stock with viper exhaust manifold only. Standard gear box. So this is what i am currently experiencing....was driving and doing some robot to robot racing and a spinning too...after doping that whist driving when changing gears whilst clutch pushed in Before changing i can feel from the pedal a vibration a sound also does this when driving at around 80/100MPH when leaving the accelerator that a rrrrr sound if I’m in neutral and Just rev high when the rpm drops that sound is evident. i was driving and suddenly no clutch anymore . I was thinking it was clutch gone.... dropped gear box and clutch was fine and pressure plate. The problem is on the ring gear the teeth look fine but its quite heavy weight is similar to the clutch or a just a bit heavier..the 6 bolts on the ring gear thread was worn out So at a nuts and bolts store but slight longer bolts with spring washer and locktite and re assembled and everything was 100% No sound everything soft and smooth....drove a bit rough again and spin just at one cornet not much and then that sound came back. Those bolts fitted are still new thinking Something is casing the ring gear to come loose what can it be ? crank gear crank not sure Another ring gear. I want to use the car for racing and spinning and want to ensure if I’m doing this the bolts on the ring gear holds ?

will try that and see...if that works out.

Hi guys. so my ride is back on the road. The problem was fixed had to drop motor. the crank gear was the problem was sitting in the gearbox and bolts were not tightened. Well bought new bolts and fitted everything back everything is 100%. just need to get a starter i am now push starting. The lucas starter replaced solenoid and bought bushes but tested on battery work but when i put the starter back not click on ignition completely dead ...could it be the armature or does it nead a clean up?

Hi guys So my mechanic has done a check for me and his findings are. My starter needs replacing as its burnt out so the car does not start tried towing to start still doesnt he says my ring gear is turning and it should turn the fan whilst car off but if he turns ring gear its turning but fan is not. so he is saying i need to drop the motor to check? my motor could be gone is this true ?

will be doing that ...what is the difference between 38 40 45 carb and best brand carb to get ? will the cortina v6 carbs work and will i get power ? weber and other brands ?

what conversion and part will i need to convert my stock fan to electric and is this a big job to do ? I have a stock 3t motor 1.8 gl ....

yeah buddie thanks...going that route making it difficult for these crooks Lol I love my ride. they like the toyota ke70 because its Rwd and spins just like E30 325is

Hi rolla club hope everyone is doing well. my 1983 toyota ke70 ignition shocked me. this car is so easy to steal. I was filling my car with gas and took out the key the car was still on.. used my house key to switch off and on and the car started. what can be done for best security for ignition. change to a new ignition or from another toyota ? i normally take the rotor out if i am at a high risk area.

this past weekend rev the motor to 9rmp after that when starting her up in the morning or driving and changing gears their is a grrrr sound vibration....so if i rev no sound when the rev drops checked and seen that the fan has slight vibration 6 fin can it be the fan or pulley? was told that if i take the fan belt out and the noise is still there than it is timing chain ?

Hi guys, My name is kevin and I'm from south Africa. bought a Toyota ke70 we called them here baby Cressida its a 1983 1.8gl 3t motor stock your advise ad guidance will b appreciated. my plans motor I was advise not to change as the standard 3 motor very strong. I have done viper branches you y call them extractors..gong to put a freeflow exhaust system not sue the setup of this as the sound looking for is more muscular v8 not sure if I can get this ? gong to put weber car no sure if I should get 38 40 45 or double carb ? going to gas flow head ported/ and 268 cam? 40 side drafts is delloroto a good brand ? will this give e decent power as its a every day drive but also want it quick robot to robot. I was told to shorten the conrods and change the gearbox to 1300 because of shorter gear ratios also was told to make the ring gear thinner for higher revs and to be quicker is this true ? want o also drift and spin at shows will I be able or need more power ? suspension & brakes do I need any upgrades on diff mods brakes ? instrument cluster does anyone know how much globes is needed for the cluster and heater? do they take t10 wedge globes as going to fit led repaint revs and markings with model car paint has anyone one done this
