umm theres a vid on you tube from last private day but its not tha best motor was skrewed just put in rb20 ke70 n itll come up. yep firewall recessed 26 cm back! did have it on the road heh heh first copper defected her even tho it was on a race rally permit!! he said to low to wider track and to loud he said and the rests speaks for it self. lol it barely fit in a car park width when it was pulled over quite funny! um shall be out mallala soon the old motor is screwed pushed out 4 litres of oil in one private practise day! shall be installing bigger injectors new forward facing plenum and cooler and be running on E85 :dance: lol i got no power steering n its a fair old handful.. fair to say after a days driftin I'm fair skrewed :bash: but thats the fun of it!!

Hi all don't come on here much but thought id flip up a few pics of my ol dunger ke70 with rb20 in it.. conversion was done in my shed all by me. it runs 250KW at the wheels (roughly 400hp at flywheel) has a custom highmount gt2871r turbo (18psi) and 50mm external gate with screamer :dance: 3 inch stainless straight thru pipe with custom flutes apexi fmic cooler rb20 turbo 5 speed custom hardie spicer 1 piece tailshaft r31 spooled diff non shortened with welded on ke70 diff mounts and custom pan hard rod and swaybar. 8kg front custom ae86 coilovers 5kg trd springs in rear front lca blocks 50mm 25mm steering spacers each side recaro seats willians harnesses nardio wheel twin fuel pumps with surge walbro 600hp and a bosch 910 r32 gtr fuel lines hks cam gears and rb20 redtop cams um nethin else just ask ill reply as soon as i can. go rb20 if anything! have to chop firewall but they fly mine has 246kw at the bags!!

just wanted to do something different than everyone else... plus has 246kw at wheels and can sit on limiter all day n lovers it ova n ova haha!! :-P

just add a rb20 like mine... cheapish but endless amount of hours and long nights in the shed but meh it is awesome fun!!

ok i am going all toyota front end with 8kg ae86 coilovers, 5kg rear trd springs with kyb shocks. i just need to get camber tops and ae86 power steering arms and should be set for giving this set up a go.

the car isnt regency approved with tha motor but it is regoed for a 4k lol. its intended to be track car only

yeah its a real tight squeeze i cut a lot of the firewall out and the motor sits back roughly 250mm under tha dash.

oh and diff i am gonna put a r31 skyline diff in it with mini spool which is gettting done this week

yeah i am in adelaide. sure does go hard lol it has a to4e on it with external gate running round 16 psi! :( so will the 180 stuff all fit up to the ke sev cross member?

Hi all ive just completed installing an rb20 midmounted in a KE 70 n just wondering what people would suggest for a good suspension set up n what actually fits. ive used the standard ke70 crossmember and steering rack so i need some suggestions to what actually fits up too it

i put my vaccum line for the brakes back onto the manifold and the brakes seem to be working fine. Got a photo of ma car so ill put it on :jamie:

with the brake booster ill try it on the manifold and see what happens if no good ill run the line to the pipe that runs from the carby to the turbo where theres always vaccum and ill let everyone know what happens

with how the tune is on my carby which is really bad the turbo is not very laggy at all . i have a automatic diff in the car and only get about 30kmh out of first gear so the revs rise really quickly and spools the turbo fast and it holds full boost into each gear :jamie: . i chose this turbo even though it was quite large (around a t3 size) mainly because it is sealed correctly, has only done 40,000kms and i got it for 160 bucks so thought couldnt go wrong and id give it a go ;) :y: . it becomes quite expensive when it comes to getting a turbo rebuilt and with the correct seals in it.

oh yeah 4 sure lol :) i havent touched the seals as its a turbo from a 12 a rotary she already has carbon seals in it!!
