I just got my waterpump put in and my AE86 is running cooler but, the guy that installed it said that the copression ratio is off and that i might have a blown head casket. and he wants 425 to put one in. is this a task i can do with the haynes manual and do it myself. and what is the copression ratio and what does it mean.

the bags and talights are stuff i want to research i love lowriders of the old school with candy paint and hydros and wire wheels but i feel in love with this toyota and the vison i have on it need to be done and shown the overall plan is to drift on the highway 10 in az and spin in the middle of the street at 300 in the morning with my neons flashing and spinnig down the road. anyone else see that?

i want to do it right the firat time i'm working on the front end the front bumber is cracked and the side fenders are dented to shit but the front end is my first project i have to decide which way i want to go the lein front or fix up my sr5 (ae86) so the ifo i am getting is helping me a lot i appreciate everyones time into my topics my over all plan will amaze you but first things first the front endneeds to be updated

so i'm better on asking on engine basics i have not even thoght of it yet my car runs nice i'll save it for another topic well i'm going to learn what not to do thank you for showing me that site

do u have an idea for a ae86 flipup lights that would fit in there?

what has been done to the taillights of an ole corolla? i'm thinking about making a panel and mold on some trucker round led tails with a swirl pattern with the lights any feedback

well it looks like the levin front end is very common and i'm the one who likes to stick out and do something different so i was thinking projector lites instead on the flips ups but i don't know if they are avalibale does anyone know of a link on how to make lites. i would really like to update the car as much as possibile thanks again

hello people i just got a old 85 corolla sr5 and i hate the flip up lights i have been doing some reserch would a levin of the same year front end bold on to my sr5 i want to change the front, frontfenders, and the hood trying not to do to much on the inside also where can i find the widebody fenders for the old corollas and or any body kits for these cars my main thing is drift and neons but i want this car to look aesome and info on the 85 sr5 i should know about please let me now
