ALL FIXED XD

all fuses work, interior light works, brake lights work, the air con fan does not work at all. dash lights work air con back lights work. only thing ive found that don't work are the air con and fan, wiper and water things for the wipers so that whole stalk, and the indicators, all headlights hazards work ect. tried another combo switch and exactly the same.

yeah it looks like a real heap of shit, wtf is with the texta roof lining, lolz!

ok so did that and the stalk works about the same as mine, and whilst testing this i noticed my wipers ect don't work either. seems the deeper i look the more i find that doesnt work. I'm thinking there is something not right in the wiring somewhere and that is causing all 3 issues. indicator, wipers and air con

screw it, I'm going to u pull it!

i replaced that circled flasher can, still nothing guess i am down to waiting to see if anyone is willing to lend me their combo switch to see if thats the issue as i don't need to waste more money on things that it isnt, stupid flasher can was like $26 =[

ok sussed it all out, found the flasher can for the hazards unplug it and the hazards stop, also found the one for indicators, now i am unsure as how to see weather it is this silly plastic thing that is the issue! this is the flasher can for the indicators yes? similar to the hazard one except the hazard one had all hella and toyota crap written on it.

you can't say that and then not tell me things to try =[ i still am to find this damn flasher can. i found 3 things i thought might be flasher cans, but i guess not as wen i unplugged them they did nothing and my hazards once again were still working

hazards work and all fuses are good tested them with a test light. the wires while being a mess are a organised mess if that makes sense. and i have no idea about anything air con related.

so a couple days ago i drove home from work and all was well, i then went out to get some food and alas no indicators, not that bad i guess but have no idea what caused it or what the actual issue is. and I'm sure everyone i drive around thinks I'm an ass now when i don't indicate to change lane turn corners ect. i am assuming it is either the flash can or the combo switch, but i am not exactly sure what or where the flasher can is. ive looked in the drivers side side plastic panel and there is wires everywhere and not much else so i put the cover back on and decided to leave it alone. also today being rather warm i decided i would put some air on and alas absolutely nothing, i turn the switch on to 3 and no fan or aircon kicks in. i am in need of an auto electrician i guess but really am not wanting to pay $100+ an hour when i know the wiring in the 55 is an absolute mess so even the best auto elec will prob take more than an hour to sort it out! any help would be appreciated.

so over this car atm. giving me the shits. first the HU then the diff then the indicators now the god damn air con. stupid pos. i guess she has been very problem free for the past few years, they didnt all have to catch up at once tohu!

well i can't work out what or where this stupid flasher can is, and now since i was in fiddling with god knows what my fan/aircon has completely died! WTF!

i wil have a look today after work. is there a way in which i can tell if it is the flasher can and not the combo switch

wanting to check to see if it is the flasher can, but i have no idea what I'm looking for, anyone have any diagrams, or really good at describing, I'm sure soon alot of drivers are going to think I'm an ass when i don't indicate to turn and or change lanes, eh.

guys at work are going to have a look for me today, kinda wanna make sure it is the combo switch before i shell out the cash for a new one, surprisingly expensive.

i was intending on installing one into my car, dad has a like $400 one in his wagon. that he like never uses. i should see if i can snatch it off him :wink: then peoples can have handhelds and whatnot.

fuse is good, what/where is the combo switch? ok, stupid question its the lever thing ay, but i don't get why all my headlights and that still work but indicators don't. gonna get someone at work to look tomorrow i guess.

OMG WTFBBQ! just went for a quick drive, my indicators arent working, they were fine on the way home from work today, but now are dead, hazards work, headlights highbeam ect work, just no indicators.

i over took a couple times, wanted to give the new exhaust a good go :wink: after that i settled down.

I'm not worried about cutting the holes, i am more worried about getting a really good quality carpet, i had a look on google, most people use knox or someother one, but i did hear mention of exact fit so if its good quality i might have to go for a run ;)

so who knows where to get that moulded carpet from in Adelaide, with all the holes aready cut, knoxx or something rings a bell but i haven't a clue!

I'm confused its got like 2 lots of feature sections, and am i meant to circle things like manual ect? seriously if people look inside the car they will see its manual :wink:
