Hello, I got it re-tuned with the vvt coming on way earlier, like between 2000 and 3000rpm, way more bottom end power now. They are heaps better with the vvt re-set. Chris

Ok thanks for tip:) By the way does your 20 valve have poor bottom end pull? I know it produces good power at higher revs but i am wondering if it needs to be re-tuned? Cheers

My sump is on no angle? And so far have had no drainage problem, what are the symptoms?

Oh ok. Well the way i see it the heater hoses are hidden with the heater tap behind the head so thats no drama. The water lines are also very easy to maintain for me this way take no converting at all and i think looks kinda neat? I liked your work with the thread you have done, you have spent a bit of time thats for sure:) If i turbo it in the future a solution would be rqd then :yes:

It was a fibreglass kit of an old hyundai excell. I got it free in the qoakka. So i got it chopped it up stretched it and shortened it and fibreglass and bogged it to the body. It is a big and time cunsuming job, so without sounding rood i don't think you would be willing to pay how much it would cost for me to make it. The front fenders also have to be chopped and stregthened to allow the front bumper to bolt up. But if you like doing it its worth it in the end :fuzz:

I have nearly finished the interier. Its coming along ok. Just new to this club. Cool to see lots of other people in wa who love rollas:)

Hey mate it gos ok, love to rev thats for sure. Have raced any cars yet so don't know how it compares? The handling i couldnt say coz i didnt drive the car before i did the conversion:) And the diff is standard as.... It will be fine as long as i don't do roll backs!

Hey Mate will try and get some time to upload some more soon. The kit i got for free out of the quakka, Just cut it up stretched it out ect and fiberglassed it on. Took a bit of time though;)

Hey :D The car has been driven know for a few weeks. Seems great. The only prob so far is the slave cylinder on sharpleft hand turns, its close on the inner tie rod end. I am in the middle of putting a stereo in it right now. Here is a pic in the workshop on the weekend.
