hello there all its been ages since ive entered here . i have a few questions . i own a daihatsu charmant witch is basicly a ke70 ive installed a smallport 4age inside with 20v itb's chinese exaust , and a standalone ecu the engine is completly stock for now the next upgrades are cams and vernier and head gasket i bought the HKS cams witch ae 272 degrees in - 8.35 lift and ex - 8.1 lift , hks came timing belt , hks valve spings and hks belt. now i have a few question first I'm going to install them with a 0/8 head gasket witch ill buy soon , and everthing else will stay stock. so my first question is how much compresion ratio should i go to , the fuel here isnt very good but i plan on using a methanol mixture so i guess it take anything . so how far should i go with stock bottom end. my second question is more for the futur , I'm looking to put on all of this a 4agze supercharger . wanted to know how much is its stock boost figure. and with that in mind again how far should i go with the compresion ration . i don't want to boost more than the stock . id like to get to about 150 kw at the engine by the end . is it possible . thank you all.

you could have been right but as i said on the previus. it is calibrated. and in addition. if it was doing what you are saying. the wideband wouldnt say 12 or 11 . but would have been very lean!

hello there ive recently installed itbs on my smallport engine and ive took the car to one of the best tuners ive got here the problem is I'm the only one in the country with a 4age. so we encountered a problem when i go on full trotle. doesnt matter witch rpm , the car just wont go. it doesnt stop or stall. just feels like very week. my setup is that. stock small port engine. some chinese exhaust manifold. t3 itb adapter 315 7mgte injectors vag 1.8 coil pack. haltech e6x ECU and I'm using the stock dizzy as a CAS. so I'm looking for a map . if for an haltech that would be awesome. if not . than just to see what is different. thank you yohann

sorry guys we tried everything. calibarting it. and check ten times the wires. but it doesnt matter anymore. my firend mad a custum imprezza tps mount. so i wont have any problem in the future also thanks all!

I'm going to use the TPS as the base map. as i don't have an AFM and map is very very naro i forgot to explain. sorry. its the tps that is making the problem. its only recognize close or open trotle. doesnt show in the midle.

hey there. ive come by a problem. i own a ae92 smallport engine. and recently installed 20v itb with an E6X ECU. now today we started it for the first time. and we say that the ECU can only see full trottle or none. doesnt have any in between. can someone tell me what to do? any one came across this? thanks!

hello everyone. let me start. i am about to order some new wheels. some 14 compomotive if everythhing goes as planed. anyway. a few month ago i bought the steering rack spacer kit. if i recall its called - battle kit version 3. and now i have a manual steering rack with some PS knucles. anyway. now without the spacers the wheels are almost touching the car on lock. touching the chassis. so i need a lot of negative offset. so i was wondering if someone have that kit installed that can tell me the offset of his wheels. thank you.

i think you all misunderstoud me. i already have everything exept for the jets. now i know to use 40's but witch jets should i use. i don't have in the carbs any jets. not the idle and not the normal. thank you yohann

HELLO i onw a ke70 but i am going to use a red top 4age from a ae92 corolla. now I'm planing on using some weber carbs. i would like to know of anyone who done that alredy. i need to know witch carbs to use. 40 or 45? witch jets. venturys.? thank you for your help.

so tell me what you think, ill weld a piece of metal on the strut tower, then weld two bars to go each from the tower to the firewall and one from one tower to the other. how is that sound? run softer spring isnt a option cause i have nowhere to get other spring,
