Yeh well things do come up sometimes... I know its happened to me a few times... I still havent got my pay in so was thinking i wasnt gonna be able to make it myself, but luckily after some convincing i have some that i can borrow should i not get my pay be4 sat nite :P

Yeh very true, i try to avoid those kind of places. I used to use the Midas at Morphett Vale, they were good till the new owners took over, and the first time i went in after the new owners they ripped me off big time. I was too stupid to realise it at the time, coz i was so happy that someone finally told me what was wrong with my car. So i didnt realise until after that they had ripped me off price wise. Needless to say i don't go there anymore. Mind you i find it really hard to find a good mechanic. After my last one, took 3 goes to get my motor right after the head went. Hopefully these next lot do better, and don't try ripping me off for being a female.

Ok, unfortunately i may have to drop out, i got myself a job, and well I'm fairly certain its sat nights, if it isnt however i will be there i will know within the next few days for certain...

Well i dunno bout weird but was certainally a good laugh. A friend of mine hit a cow in his VN, he lives in the country and a cow had gotten over into his property, so was a complete surprise for him to come flying down the race at night and have a cow standing there... Managed to get the cow to jump back over the neighbours fence though, and i think the cow was actually alrite after. the VN however i think ended up on the rubbish dump. My mum managed to clean up an whole family of pigeons once they were gathered under a bridge on the road a good 20+ of them and none of them moved like she thought they would.... feathers went everywhere lol I've only ever really hit a bird and some rabbits...

I've always wanted to do the Great Ocean Rd... that being said i doubt i can go, unless i get some job be4 then otherwise it wont happen... just wont be able to afford it... but will let ya know when dates etc are decided and i'll see what i can do :)

Yeh i know that girls get the run around, I usuallt try ot throw in some extra info to show i know a bit about cars, but i don't know enough to do it myself... My dilemma is i need my car for work ( i use it all day long) and lately all i seem to be doing is in and out of the mechanic. This meaning that i'm unable to work. And the way i see it it is for stupid reasons... I mean atm its due to overheating problems, and the way i see it, it can be only due to something they havent done right, simply because i have just about done everything (replaced parts, etc) that i can as far as i can see and a couple of friends can see, that has to do with the cooling system of the car. So I'm gettin to the point where I'm quite pissed off... lol and sick of this. So if anyone knows anyone who doesnt rip off any female that walks into the place :hammer: I'd like to know :lolcry: Thanks and sorry u had to hear my lil rant... :jamie:
