hi there..... is the octane no. stated in the octane selector??

Hi there again..... i m using rolla 79 KE30 with 4K engine...... i have just change my alternator... i have fitted an reconditioned alternator 70A from a toyota KE70..... damn its expensive..... it cost me RM 125 which is about AUD 46.35.... RM 1 = AUD 0.3708 and the wireman charged RM 50 = AUD 18.54...... because the alternator is a newer version which has a built-in regulator, the wireman altered the existing wiring to fit the new one....... this is my problem now.... 1) the charge or chg light appears 4 a while n goes off when i switch on the air-con. 2) while the air-con running the light also appears n goes off when engage reverse gear 3) the same thing happens when i switch on my signal light and sometimes it goes with rythm of the signal light. 4) at nite again with my air-con on the headlights and the panel lights gets dim and when press the gas pedal the lights get brighter... All these problem occurs only when i switch on the air-con... and these problem didnt occur when i was using my old alternator.... Pls help me.... Thx 4 all ur kind replies... :D

hi there again.... i just changed my battery 2 days ago....... then i have noticed that my chg ligh which i suppose the light that shows whether the battery charging appears when i switch on the a/c..... any guess??? the car is running smoothly... no jerks whatsoever.....

hi there.... I'm from m'sia..... i own a 1979 Rolla KE30... i would like 2 know what is the rating 4 an KE30 alternator... cos my alternator is so old until the tag on it has become unreadable... can anyone pls help me!!! is it 80 A or less..... Thanks!!

hi... i m from ipoh... i m thinking of a weber mod into my ke30.. is it possible 2 have it done without any hassle?? where can i get a good mechanic who can do this kind of conversion?? can i know how much will it roughly cost?? thanks

i think it will be a easy fit with some minor adjustment and mods.... Go on with mike!! and telll us the result.....:P

Hi..... I was just wondering.. can mitsubishi VR4 brake pump servo fit on KE 30?? if no... what is the next best option??? Pls advice me!! :P
