Des Posted November 30, 2006 Author Report Posted November 30, 2006 You need to lay off the wacky tobacy and stop abusing others and me and saying sorry later doesnt cover it, I can abuse people to and type the word "sorry" later and not actually mean it. Go into your bathroom and take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror and act your age. A mature person can have a debate with out bringing names into the picture and remember EACH TO THERE OWN f@$kING OPINION. Some respect wouldnt go astray either.
Redwarf Posted November 30, 2006 Report Posted November 30, 2006 Accepted. Granted the Celica was a good car. Decent rear suspension for a start. 900kg is probably the Toyota dry weight, and unfortunately not a figure most Celica's will ever achieve. 960 kg's is about the lightest I've ever seen one on the scales. Hence the reason people run Corolla's. The main trade off is the rear springs. Don't write off the Lancer. Awesome rally car in its day. Mitsubishi did some funky go fast bits for these things. There's at least one in Queensland that I reckon could turn you a trendy shade of green if given the chance. At the end of the day, there is no right or wrong answer. It's whatever floats your boat. We've established this fact. I'm moving on. I hope you will too. R
