On my Sprinter, there is a ligth on the instrument cluster that looks like an engine. That ligth goes off after the engine starts. Can someone tell me the use of that ligth.

Anyway, that is your "check engine" light. If it comes on while you are driving, stop and pop your bonnet and make sure your engine is still there.
