Wouldn't be all that hard to do. Just need the "g" head, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, head bolts, cam belt and the cog for the belt. Had to do the same thing one time but with a 4a-f motor (i should say forced cause i needed the car back on the road asap and the only motor i could get my hands on was a 4a-f).

After all that it would be a shut load easier (and not wasting your time) to swap in the 4a-ge motor......
