Ummm... yes. They ask you to do these things so that you have some semblance of experience before you hit the road, because at this point of your driving life, YOU KNOW STUFF ALL. People have been known to fudge logbooks, but that is called FRAUD, and funnily enough is ILLEGAL.

not as bad as what i herd today, you can't get your L's till your 16 and a half!
