hiya I have pulled the wiring loom out of my seca to put into my KE70.

 

The question that I have is,

 

The open circuit that is on top of the ecu. Does it proved power to the ecu and fuel pump when the key is turn to the start?

circuit opening relay controls the fuel pump, when you turn the key to start it runs the pump and the ECU keeps the pump going once it starts..
