Hay boys and girs I'm new to this club and have a difficult question to ask of you. what colour and style should i go with on me beautifull ke55. keep in mind that its a 4-door and has ke30 door skins, the ones that leave the top of the door exposed to match the colour of the body.

 

don't lough but when i first got it i did it in tool box bluefor $43.50. i thought it was a bargen at the time but didnt think it would be so hard to strip in the end but its all good now the car was taken back to bear steel, dents were filled, the war on rust was victorious and all panels were made flush. only took me and my mate Gilly, Oh about 5 months :dance:.

 

So what are your opinions on what a 55 should look like. anything is an idea, race, rally, street or old school style. post your opinion. :jamie: pleas. inspiration needed.

Your car is yours, you decide. Look at what others do, observe and make something up completely your OWN style.

Colours a personal preference, but have a looksee and you might find something that tickles your facny, could go a similar colour or something.

Ok no problem i have 1 mad idea but i need to draw it or find a blank pick of the top and side vew of a ke30 or ke55 to show the lines and colour.

well i think i have found the colour I'm lookihg for. its just a stock red with a gloss black hood and lower grill. should look good.

no don't do that, looks bogan, do it all red if you are going to do it properly

yeah i recon you should paint it green cos i want to see what one looks like in that

ha ha ha haylittle buddy howsthings yea you know i wanted to do it lime green but a week befor i went to get yhe paint guess what i pulled up next too. a bloody lime green ke55 with blake mags so i think i might just do it in a stock ke red.

 

greens out of the picture and the motor is a 3k that i got for $80 il gust shave the head till i get about 9.5: compresssion.

you wont win cos red goes faster. iv got the paint number from mum's getz and i like that redish orange. beta than the old china blue toolbox paint i used last year. as for that hill climb lets see how that bitza 5k thats i 3 boxes goes against a balanced 3k running hopefully over 10.0:1 compression to your 9.3:1. see you in a month.
