Where Was My Ke20 2 Door Sedan Assembled?

i have no idea how to find out where my ke20 was assembled, it says plant a31, does anyone know where that is/was?

If i remember correctly one of the two plants in Japan.

 

Did have a paper with the codes of the factories where the cars are made.

It shouldn't have. All 25's AFAIK were Jap built and imported. If it did have one, the guards were from another car.

 

A very large portion of 20's were assembled by AMI in Port Melbourne.

nah i didnt, I'm in nz but i don't think it was assembled here

my car has an AMI badge and i only noticed it a couple of weeks ago because it is so faded.

 

now i know why it has that badge, thanks Redwarf

opps haha yeh sorry i was thinking of my ke20.

 

i had resprayed the ke25 a long time ago while i still had the ke20 and was thinking of the badge on the 20.

Well there you go, it was made at Toyota Motor, Takaoka No.1
