thinking about painting car

 

just need help on how much it would cost to get it painted roughly

 

and does any1 know how much it costs to get seats reaplostered

4K minimum for a respray, up to 7 easily.

seats, 300 - 1000 depending what your doing...

neighbour said she can get car painted for max $3000

and interrior for 500

so just gotta save bit more money now

i did mine with supercheap cans and it don't look too bad

I recently got a quote to have my corolla painted by a smash repairer and he quoted $5000 MINIMUM! "P

5K is a pretty midrange quote for a colour change respray with repairs.

i know of a guy from archy that does respays from $1600

will have a chat to him on wednesday and get his number for you. if you like...

Emphasis on "from"

Most re-sprayers will give you a cheap quote for no prep-work, same colour on top of old paint, cheap-arse paint

 

Its when you get them to go back to bare metal/colour change, pearls etc that the price goes up big-time.

does he mask the door rubbers?

ive seen these cheap resprays...

this guy is a business, my mate was quoted $1600 -1800 to respray his rx7 in the new madza red...

will get more info. wednesday...
