kangaroosa
From what i believe you can, but its not really the right way to attack the problem. Infact it can cause more problems for you. Appart from that, the parts for Dellortos are scarse and VERY expensive. I got quoted for a sidedraft weber - a replacement choke retails at $40 each and emulsions tubes are $30 each and so on. 4xChokes for twin carbs and 4xEmulsions tubes for twin carbs Its said that Dellortos are more expensive than Webers, so you can do the maths. I was recommended twin 40 DCOE's for my hot 5k (if i went down that path). I actually bought twin 1 1/2 SU's yesterday for my 5K. This might be a more affordable option. Have a read of this link below. Its based on webers, but i assume its the same theory. http://64.233.179.104/search?q=cache:KilIj...e+a+weber&hl=en

wilson_610
i have the dellortos sitting there, and they were off an 18R so it will be over jetted to buggery Edited May 9, 2005 by wilson_610
blown 5k
You never know pull out the chokes/venturis and have a look and work from there, pretty hard to beat an isolated runner manifold setup for outright power fuel economy on the other hand is a different story :P
