June 9, 200917 yr comment_350948 Ive had my small port 4age with manual transmission in a ke35 coupe for a couple of weeks now..... have developed an unusual jolt/shake.... heres what happens.... Normally most felt when in second or third gear going slow (under 40kph) under light accelaration just cruising along, it will be going along fine then suddenly it will start this jolting and shaking as soon as i accelarate abit more it stops......... i had a feeling its a bad/worn clutch but the clutch feels fine otherwise......... could it be engine mounts not good causing this issue???? when under harder load and driving faster will never make this jolt/shake only when at low speeds with small amnt of load on motor......;) Report

June 9, 200917 yr Author comment_350954 ok what exactly is back lash in the diff? never heard of the term..... Report
June 9, 200917 yr comment_350957 Basically, jack it up, put the car in gear and turn the tailshaft with your hand to see if there is much slop in the diff. Report
