Have a mate who is apparently going to be selling up soon. KE70 and he has a 4AGE he bought aswell. Let you know if he wants to for sure or not if you want :)

wasnt a bad cruise IMO, smaller numbers makes it easier to stay together.

 

lol yeh a few hiccups hey ryan, after we separated it got worse........ that was definitely a bad/old patch of fuel, only JUST managed to limp it home after having to stop on the freeway twice. Used 15lt of fuel from Meadows to home to so not sure whats going on there. I ended the tank, prob wont even just that fuel in the daily jsut keep it for the mover or something. I'm lucky it didnt cost me a motor really, thats how bad it got.

 

Was pretty happy to keep up with that commie, he said it makes 460hp. Was neck and neck the whole way and I'm still running low boost and stock turbo and had my old man in the car who tips the scales at around 100kgs

 

Shiiit. I suppose that what happens when you use plemium unreaded. Now you know not to buy fuel from there again. Was it just sputtering and stuff?

 

As for the commy, that thing sounded tough. Ash was telling me that the bellhousing has a pretty bad crack almost all they way around.

 

That suckers got torque tho. watching him head up the hill past moana heights, step on the pedal at 70 and watch the back end MOOOOOVE.

Its a huuuuuuuge crack, only about 100mm till it would have been a big BANG and there goes torque converter + gears..

Very very lucky..

Only about a grands worth of damage..

Most likely wont be out again till the comps..

 

And there was something I was going to say, but its slipped my mind ahah..

Ryan- car had no power and could only just feather the throttle, never buying fuel from there again! Cleaned up a bit more wiring in the car yesterday and got the fuel guage working properly. With some decent fuel it seemed to run fine again, didnt get a chance to drive it to make sure ots 100% though. Fingers crossed
